THE EYE

HOW DOES LIGHT TRAVEL FROM EYE TO BRAIN - The light travels through your pupil to the  lens, the lens focuses the light on to your retina , light sensitive cells at the back of your eye . The retina changes the light into a nerve signal. The nerve signal travels along the optic nerve to your brain. the iris is the only eye part that light cannot go through .

WHY DOES COWS HAVE NIGHT VISION - Dogs and cows and other animals have a tapetum. A tapetum is a reflective tissue that cause light to reflect from animals eyes in the dark. It is located within the choroid layer of the eye

THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE HUMAN AND COWS EYE -
 - The size of a cow is a little over 1/2 inch with a diameter of 1.2 inches whereas the human eye is 1          inch
-  The shape of the cows pupil is oval and round in a human eye and the iris of a cow is almost always      brown whereas the human's iris come in different colour. The human eye also have a higher number      of attached muscles than a cows eyeball
- cows can see at level 20/80 in the daytime
