On the 25th of Oct our HEC class made a healthy version of banana and choc chip muffins.
Recipe ( 6 serves )
- 1/2 cup of wholemeal flour
- 1/2 cup white flour
- 2 Tbsp Brown sugar
- 2 Mashed banana
- 1/4 cup unsweetened low fat yogurt
- 2 Tbsp Canola oil
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
Method
1. heat oven to 180c on fan bake
2. mix together the wt ingredients
3. sift and mix together the dry ingredients
4. mix dry and wet ingredients
5. spoon 100g batter into each muffin tin and bake for approx 15 min or until cooked through
